100% OF AMERICANS WAKE UP DEHYDRATED

Importance of Water

Men require 64 ounces per day while women and children need 52 ounces.
Drinking the right amount of water every day is essential to give your body what it needs to carry out basic functions and prevent you from getting sick.

DO NOT consume more than 1 gallon of water per day. When the body contains too much water (and dilutes essential electrolytes) it can develop water intoxication. This a very dangerous condition known as hyponatremia.

Drink Water First

Avoid drinking coffee, soda, juice, milk, or any other liquid as your first drink of the day.
